ReplyDeleteGreat Job Tina!
ReplyDeleteWhy did she name her story shoppe -- Avonne's?
ReplyDeleteNice job, Tina!!! I don't remember why she changed the spelling of her name, but she told me that "shoppe" was the old fashioned spelling and made it sound quaint.
ReplyDeleteZachary loves the site and had a whole big long comment about it, but then we had to create a Google Account ID for him and he couldn't, so he couldn't sign in and so he couldn't post it.
ReplyDeleteIn looking at some of Mom's correspondence from her college and missionary days, she sometimes signed her name "Avonne." Maybe she liked the glamorous, exotic look of it and thought it would add some cache to her business name.
ReplyDeleteVery nice Tina.
